Healthy Apple Cider Vinegar Drink Recipe!

I thought I would share my love relationship with this amazing, tangy, healthy drink! There are so many ways to enjoy it. While I am not in the medical profession, it is calming, can help lower blood pressure, regulate blood sugars and is great for your gut. Make sure you always (yes, always) buy RAW UNFILTERED ORGANIC WITH THE MOTHER in order to reap the health benefits! Bragg is a great brand and is my favorite, however there are alternative good brands as well.

One recipe version I enjoy (measurements are approximate):

2 tablespoons of ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar)

16oz of Water (or carbonated fruit infused water that has no sugar or sodium in it)

1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric powder

1/4 teaspoon of Ginger (or Cinnamon or a little of both!)

1 pinch of Black Pepper (coarse is best)

Stevia (optional)

Ice (optional – room temp is my personal fave, but sometimes ice is a nice touch)

**🍹Mix everything together in a mason jar, glass, mug, whatever makes you smile – and enjoy!!**

Note: ACV can make your teeth sensitive, you may want to rinse your mouth out with water afterwards. Also, drinking with a straw can help and makes your drink more fun to drink😉

As I write this, I am drinking warm organic Hibiscus tea with 2 tablespoons of ACV and Stevia added for sweetness. Yum 😋.
