Yesterday we prepared for Thanksgiving mentally and literally – I organized my lists and the husband did the grocery shopping!  What a blessing. Firecracker and I sat together on our sofa reading about some Godly women together. We all then rested and went outside for fresh air.

Today, I prepared mashed sweet potatoes with pumpkin and cinnamon, mashed russets with butter and cream cheese, and have more to do later and tomorrow. Thank you God for your provision and time to do this.

Here are some glimpses of the beauty I saw yesterday. Keeping our home includes time to also experience the beauty of God’s creation. It’s everywhere – just look for it!
